Speaker: Mr. Samson Khaou, Managing Director, Asia Pacific South
Prior to his new assignment, Samson Khaou was the Managing Director of Dassault Systèmes Industry Services in Europe during three years. He was in charge of the major PLM V6 projects in Europe. In 2006 and 2007, he did establish both the direct and indirect Sales Channels in Korea, as the General Manager of Dassault Systèmes Korea.
In his previous roles as Senior Manager for PLM Solution for Automotive Industry (from 2001 to 2003) and for High Tech. Industry (in 2004), he led key PLM V5 implementation projects in Europe and in Japan.
Prior to this assignment, he was the Technical Manager in Dassault Systemes Korea Branch office, from 1999 to 2001. His focus was to develop the service offerings for key automotive companies in Korea and China.
Between 1995 and 1999, he was assigned as a CATIA consultant, respectively in Korea (1995 to 1998) and then in China (1999), with the mission to support IBM in the business development in the Automotive and Shipbuilding industries.
As engineering graduate from the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Techniques Avancees, Samson Khaou began his career in Dassault Systemes in 1989, in charge of developing new technologies for CATIA Analysis products. During the 6 first years of his career in the R&D division, he conducted key development projects in Geometric Modeler.
