Johan Pélissier was born in Périgueux, France, on April 5th 1978 and has French citizenship. He graduated from the French Telecom Engineering school, ENST, with an international business administration in the early 2000’s. He started his career in Alcatel, where during three years he held several positions in the Pre-Sales department of the Radio & Network telecommunications branch, in Paris, for the Africa-Middle East market, then based in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, for the South-East Asian market. He came back to France in 2003 to join the communication division of Thales, to be in charge of the sales activities for the division in Central Europe. He then took the responsibility of key accounts in MiddleEast and Latin America, before moving as an expatriate to South-East Asia, as Thales Land & Joint Systems country director. He holded that position during four years, from 2006 to 2010, in charge of these activities for Thales for both Malaysia and Indonesia. Back to France in 2010, within Thales Communications, he was in charge of the Sales team worldwide for C4I and Intelligence activities. In 2011, Johan Pélissier joined Cassidian, the EADS Defence and Security branch, as head of region in South-East Asia, and among others, in charge of the development of the activities of all Cassidian business lines in Singapore.
Paul Chua is the Regional Sales Director for Security & Communication Systems at Cassidian Systems. His main responsibility is to manage and develop business in secured communications, command & control systems and cybersecurity in the South East Asia region. Mr. Chua has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications, IT and network communications industry. Before joining Cassidian, Mr. Chua held various senior positions in sales, marketing, project management, and engineering with a number of multinational companies such as Bay Networks, Nortel, and Motorola. He holds a joint Masters of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a Computer Engineering degree from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
