The Singapore Green Building Council’s mission is to propel the Singapore Building and Construction industry towards environmental sustainability by promoting green building design, practices and technologies, the integration of green building initiatives into mainstream design, construction and operation of buildings as well as building capability and professionalism to support wider adoption of green building development and practices in Singapore. Its work will complement and support the government’s efforts to green 80% of our buildings by 2030. At the same time we will be able to share our knowledge with other countries in our climate zone.

Jaye is a registered Architect (Singapore), who has been involved in sustainable design for masterplanning and buildings, and accredited numerous projects for Green Mark awards. With the experience of coordinating with consultants and specialists as a project architect, she practices Integrated Design Process in the execution of sustainable building design. She is currently spearheading the Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) unit in DP Architects and assisting projects to meet required Green Mark targets. Her background as an architect ensures that practical sustainable design is implemented for the benefit of the end users and clients. Also an active member in Singapore Green Building Council and Green Practice Committee of Singapore Institutes of Architects, she believes in contributing to the industry and continual knowledge upgrading.
